PRIMO, ‘Public Risk Management Organisation’, was founded in 2005. This website contains a selection of inspirations, meetings, masterclasses, and publications, spanning over 70 years.
The organisation is advising governing and elected councils, boards, management teams, and individuals on proven frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques to support effectiveness.
It connects strategy and policy with implementation and delivery by applying design thinking, scenario thinking, high-reliability organisation, and the precautionary principle. fundamentals.
